Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Cancellations will incur a 10% deduction as transactional fees.

  • Contact us at support@thecreatorcloset.com for cancellations, and expect a response within 24 working hours.

  • If you wish to cancel after dispatch, please decline the delivery upon arrival. Once the shipment status is updated to "RTO (Return to Origin) initiated" by our delivery partner, we'll proceed with the refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Replacements for Damages:

  • To address damages for The Creator Closet products, contact support@thecreatorcloset.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos and videos of the damaged items, along with the shipping label and invoice slip.

  • We will arrange either a replacement or a refund for genuine damages or quality/manufacturing defects.

  • Eligible conditions for replacements include damage to packaging, tampered or opened seals, and broken containers.

Replacements for Order Mismatch/Missing Items:

  • Notify support@thecreatorcloset.com within 48 hours of delivery if you receive an order with incorrect or missing items, providing photos and videos of the package contents, the shipping label, and the invoice slip.

  • We'll promptly arrange for a replacement or refund for orders with such discrepancies.

Returns:

  • support@thecreatorcloset.com not accept return requests for items delivered without damages or defects, in adherence to our food safety and sanitary protocols.
