At The Creator Closet, we provide FREE shipping on orders above Rs.199.
We exclusively partner with dependable courier companies and/or Speed Post services. The Creator Closet cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier company/Speed Post or factors beyond our control. We are committed to ensuring prompt delivery of your order within the estimated timeframe specified in the order confirmation.
In the rare event that delivery becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond The Creator Closet control, such as inadequate courier services in the delivery area or force majeure events outlined below, we will promptly notify you of the inability to deliver and proceed to cancel your order, issuing a full refund.

Returns Policy
We are proud that all our shipments go through 2 levels of packaging and 2 levels of inspection before dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. However, in case there is any damage, here’s how you can get a replacement:
The Creator Closet offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation.
If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 24 hours of delivery of your order.
Before confirming an exchange, we would require proof of a defect in the product in the form of photos and videos of the package and its contents including shipping label on the box and invoice slip inside the box.
In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will help you with a refund. Refunds will reflect in the same account from which payment was made within 5 to 7 business days.
For all cancellations, a 10% deduction will be applied as transactional fees. If a cancellation is requested after dispatch, please refuse the order upon delivery attempt. Once our delivery partner updates the shipment status to "RTO (Return to Origin) initiated," we will proceed to cancel your order and initiate the refund. Refunds will be credited to the same account used for payment within 5 to 7 business days
